Terms & Conditions of Bookings
This section explains our t&c´s for acting as booking agents for approved airport car parks.
Data Protection Act
To administer your booking details we will use and hold the personal information which you provide to us and may supply this information to the allocated car park companies in order to carry out your services required. The data you supply to Priority Travel Services may also be used by our service team to offer you products and services that we feel may be of interest to you. By purchasing our product you are giving us permission to contact you.
Secured Off Airport Parking
Directions to the car park you have booked can be found on our parking, company, details and on your booking receipt. We at Priority Travel Services try to give accurate and up to date driving directions for you to reach your approved airport car park but cannot take any responsibility if you fail to reach your destination due to incorrect information from sat nav and gps systems or for traffic delays.
All Services Booked
All our prices and our pre booked bookings include vat at the current rate of 20%, of the duration of parking booked.
Park & Ride
Transfers from the approved airport car park to the terminals are included in the price shown unless stated by t&c´s of the allocated car park company used. It is essential that any claims for damage must be reported to the allocated car park company you have booked with before you leave the premises.
Meet & Greet
It is essential that you must report any damage to your vehicle to the allocated car park company driver before you drive away from the terminals. You must follow the appropriate allocated car park company procedures as set out in there t&c´s which can be found in details of company procedures and t&c´s.
Extra Days
If you stay longer than your pre-booked date a extra charge will be incurred at a rate set by the allocated car park company booked. Payment can be made by ringing our reservation centre or contacting the allocated car park company direct.
Refunds
Refunds for late or early departure are not possible through the booking agent. Individual arrangements may be agreed between the allocated car park company and customer on a individual basis and circumstance.
Our Off Airport Meet & Greet & Park & Ride
To ensure the efficient running of the allocated car park company premises you must be prepared to leave car keys with staff of the allocated car park company you booked with.
Insurance
All parking is subject to the t&c´s of the individual allocated car park company booked. Parking is always at the owners risk high sided and wide vehicles may incur extra charges or may not be able to be accommodated at all. Priority Travel Services act only as booking agents to the other allocated car park company unless you have booked a Happydays direct product.
Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your booking 24 hours before the day of your departure and a £10 charge will be charged if you cancel less than 24 hours before departure you will not be entitled to any refund.
Vehicle Legality and Safety
Your vehicle must comply with the road Traffic Act of 1988. The allocated car park company owners and operators reserve the right to refuse to drive or receive vehicles that:
- Don´t display a valid tax disc.
- Display a tax disc that will expire during the booking dates.
- Are not legal and don´t meet the required minimum tyre tred depth.
- Are mechanically faulty to drive.
- Does not have a up to date M.O.T.
The Company Liability
Vehicles are received unchecked. The Company is not responsible for ascertaining either the physical or mechanical condition of customer’s vehicles. All vehicles on Company premises revert to the owners insurance. Where liability is agreed the maximum payable per claim or related claims by the Company will be £150.00.
A full visual vehicle inspection can be arranged at the customer request on arrival. The time to be allowed for this is approximately 20 minutes.
Should an accident occur on the public highway this will be handled by the Company's insurer.
Terms & Conditions of Booking
Priority Travel Services act as booking agent for the featured car parks. Customers contract are with the allocated car park company they have booked. Full copies of the t&c´s are available on request.
