Here are some answers to popular questions asked.
Q How does meet and greet work? A On arrival we ask for a 20 to 30 minutes courtesy call before your arrival at the terminal, our chauffeur then meets you at the designated meet and greet area at the terminal of your choice they confirm your details with you and store the car in are secure car park. On your return we ask you to give us a call once you have cleared customs and picked up all your luggage we then return the car back to the designated area were we collected your vehicle.
Q When do I make payment? A On completion of the booking form you will then be taken to the SAGE secure payment site where payment will be authorised from your bank and debited from your account.
Q What will I receive when I book? A Once you have booked you will receive a confirmation email. This will have your unique reference number and the directions to the area at the terminal where the driver will meet you. Please note: please ensure your email address is correct to receive your confirmation.
Q What time do you open? A We open at 5:00am.
Q What if my flight is delayed or cancelled? A If your flight has been delayed this is not a problem as long as we have your return flight number then we will be able to monitor the statutes of your flight. If your flight has been cancelled it would be beneficial if you were able to notify us of your new flight number and estimated arrival time then we will be able to best accommodate your needs.
Q I am arriving back on a different day then I put down on my booking. Is this okay? A This is not a problem as long as we have your new return details e.g. Flight time New return Flight number
Q What uniform do your drivers wear? A A blue shirt or jacket with the Happydays logo.
Q Do I have to sign anything or does the driver give me a receipt for parking? A No you don't have to sign anything and the conformation you received when you booked is your proof of parking. We have the same copy of your conformation on our system.
Q Are your chauffeurs insured? A Yes our chauffeurs are fully insured to drive anywhere within and around an eight mile radius of Heathrow.
Q Do your chauffeurs carry any ID? A Yes all are chauffeurs carry photographic identification, as well as wearing the company uniform.
Q How far away is your premises based from Heathrow airport? A We are three miles from terminals 1, 2 and 3 - six miles from terminal 4 and four miles from terminal 5.
Q I want to change or cancel my booking. Will this be a problem? A If you have booked with us direct and given us 24 hours notice then we will refund you less a £10 cancellation fee. If you wish to cancel on the day then you will not be entitled to a refund as we have already reserved your space.
Q Do you service all terminals? A Yes we service all Heathrow terminals.
Q Am I charged if I arrive later or earlier then designated on my booking form? A No unlike most other companies we do not charge. But we do ask on your arrival to the terminal if you are going to arrive outside your pre-booked time we recommend that you advise us of your estimated time of arrival as early as possible to avoid delays with the collection of your vehicle (excluding booking before 5am).
Q Do your prices include VAT? A Yes all prices quoted include VAT.
Q Do you charge any credit/debit card fees? A If you book direct with Happydays Parking Ltd no fees will be added.
